Privacy Policy — SGI Motors Auction Agent

1. What this Application does

The Application is an internal tool used by SGI Motors to source and evaluate vehicles for resale. It connects to eBay's API to read eBay Motors listing data and to access the SGI Motors eBay account's own order, inventory, and account information.

2. Data accessed

Through eBay's OAuth authorization, the Application may access:

• Public eBay Motors listing data (prices, descriptions, vehicle details)
• The SGI Motors eBay account's order history, inventory, and fulfillment data
• Basic account information tied to the SGI Motors eBay account (username, account status)

3. How this data is used

Data is used solely to support SGI Motors' internal vehicle sourcing and resale decisions — for example, identifying vehicles worth bidding on and tracking orders placed through the SGI Motors account. It is not used for any other purpose.

4. Data sharing

The Application does not share, sell, or disclose eBay account data to any third party. Data is not used for advertising or resold to data brokers.

5. Data belonging to other eBay members

The Application does not collect, store, or retain personal information belonging to other eBay members (buyers, other sellers). It reads public listing data only for evaluation purposes and does not persist that data beyond what is needed for SGI Motors' own sourcing analysis.

6. Data storage and security

Any data retained by the Application is stored securely and accessible only to authorized SGI Motors personnel. Access tokens are stored using standard credential-management practices and are not exposed publicly.

7. Data retention

Data is retained only as long as needed for SGI Motors' internal operational purposes and is deleted when no longer needed.
